SACRAMENTS OF CHRISTIAN INITIATION FOR ADULTS

We present the requirements for those adult brothers who have not received the sacraments of Christian initiation (Baptism, Confirmation, and First Communion) and are seeking to do so at the Metropolitan Cathedral:

1. The person must attend catechism classes every Sunday from 7:00 to 11:30 am in the Mother of the Savior Hall (located in the Crypt), except on holidays.

2. The catechism classes last 6 months (from March to October and from October to March).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Marriage

1. Couples interested in getting married should attend premarital talks.

2. Future spouses are prepared for the sacraments of: Baptism, Confession, First Communion, Confirmation and Marriage (if they so wish).

3. For premarital talks, both partners must bring the Bible and the Catechism of the Catholic Church.

4. Registration and documentation will be done at the indicated time.
